Emily Mai T. Enriquez-Patton is a California-licensed real estate broker and certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial and wealth planning, real estate finance, development, lending, and asset management across the San Francisco Bay Area and the Philippines. She leads Great Estate Financial & Wealth Management, a real estate investment and advisory platform specializing in acquisitions, wealth planning and management, financing, underwriting, development oversight, financial structuring, tax strategy, and property operations across residential, multifamily, commercial, and healthcare real estate.
She has held leadership roles with institutional, billion-dollar real estate companies, supporting large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments with portfolios exceeding billions of dollars in assets and several of the Bay Area's health care and residential facilities. Earlier in her career, Emily worked at Big 4 and local CPA firms, Fortune 500 global manufacturing companies, and various Bay Area tech and healthcare companies. She is also the founder of Great RE Deals, an international real estate investment and financial-literacy platform, and a founding leader of several community organizations. She holds a CPA license and an MBA, with additional training in financial planning, project management, insurance, and real estate.
David Patton

David Patton comes from a multi-generational family of California real estate developers, investors, and property managers. His father, William Patton, founded Group II Commercial Real Estate in the 1960s — a brokerage, property management, and land development firm with a portfolio of shopping centers, retail strips, industrial buildings, and commercial properties across California. David learned the business there as a property manager, leasing specialist, and agent.
In 2004, he began his residential property management career at Horizon Management, training across leasing, landlord-tenant law, accounting, maintenance, and marketing. He is also a licensed health and life insurance broker, having run his own insurance agency for 18 years. Together, David and Emily combine real estate, insurance, and business expertise to help clients build and protect their wealth.
